The point is, he didn't just talk about it on his radio show and have a minor lapse in judgement. He then went on to write a freaking article about it.
I added some stuff. Go read it again. LOL

Like I said, If he's really sorry about it, he would immediately re-write his article and/or delete the old one. It's just that simple.

(2/2) While I had the worst experience of my life in Lafayette, that is no excuse for me not choosing my words more carefully. #wordsmatter

I can't find the article anymore, he must've deleted it lol. But just take this comment for example. If this isn't a backhanded apology I don't know what is. The worst experience of his life? Really??

The dude must've lived a pretty priveledged life if the worst experience of his life was getting pulled over by a cop for not having his lights on and not being able to find a house he'd like to live in while driving around town for 90 minutes.

Well you're right about that, he definitely owned up to it. I'll leave it be, I'm not all that worried about it. More worried about our guys taking care of business this weekend.

We got a series to win!

I think our pressbox situation likely had him fuming to start. As an SEC guy, he travels from plush venue to plush venue on a weekly basis. I bet he's always had an air conditioned room to himself at regionals. [There's no denying that the Tigue's pressbox (or lack thereof) is terrible.]

His mistake was letting a professional issue get personal. Kudos to him for apologizing.

The guy that was on Jay's show said that did not factor into it. He was specifically asked about that. It was a few other MSU beat writers that complained about that
