Well LSU is generally recognized as the "state" school of LA. Kinda like Ohio State/Ohio thing, ya'll are welcome in Tiger Stadium though there is a multi-year waitlist for season tickets.

Go with UCF. They'll drop off a bit after losing Bortles and some other players to the draft, but Florida is bursting with high school talent.
