OK, now that it has been almost 48 hours since the K State game, it's time to work on the tailgating for Saturday.

What's on your menu? Nothing like a good food thread.

I'll start. I put a couple rather large pork roasts on the pit while watching the K State game. We're having pulled pork and other fixins.

10 Boston butt roasts slow cooked for about 6 hours in a Cajun Microwave. Corn, beans, rice dressing and some surprises. Bloody Marys and boudin early, cigars and bourbon later. Gonna be good and gonna be fun.

this week the polar bear club is rockin a solid briskit with some fine bark, olive oil slaw and a variety o sausage, possibly a vegetable of some sort for the ladies and boudin and cracklins for breakfast of course.
