He is only 17. He did graduate early. I'm gonna start calling him "4 rebound" Coleby. Because that is what he is averaging. Elfrid Payton had just any many boards as him last night. And, I understand that Payton was not great from the line. But in 20 minutes of play he had 9 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. That is a pretty impressive stat line for a Fr. PG.

I know he had 9 points, but I think he missed that many free throws too. He would be an all conference player next season if he could get his free throw % up to around 75%.

CM if he is still 17 he graduated very early from high school.

Colby cannot become a good foul shooter without a little help from God. He is what he is, sometimes over 50% and others below, but almost always right at that .500.

Payton may have graduated early from high school. I just remember reading an article in the Daily
Advertiser a few days ago in which Coach Marlin stated he was still 17. He may have turned 18 quite
recently.

I believe only 15 or 16 were called in the first half which makes the second half that much worse including OT

I wish we would schedule games on days that the Big East or ACC doesn't play and contract those refs. They let you play basketball. The way the Sunbelt refs call games makes it very hard for a Sunbelt team to perform well in the NCAA because of the physical style of play in the tourney.

If you went to both games last week you can see the significant difference in the officiating crews from a weekday to a weekend. It's almost embarrassing to watch. The crew on Saturday reminded me of the jokers that were calling the Shipley Classic.

Just tell me why the last shot under the goal by Mbamalu was not one that earned a free throw--looked like the guy banged him good---Meant the game at the time!!!!
