I take 90 every time regardless. There are no air fresheners on the market strong enough to combat the corn dog smell you encounter on the other route.

Ragin' Cajuns Re: Should we be happy with 18000?

Ok guys, spoke to a lady at a Christmas party this weekend who works in the UL ticket office. The middle 5 sections of the second level and the middle 4 section of the third level tickets were kept by the NO bowl and were not given to UL. This explains why so many people are seated in the endzones - our group being one of them. They also will not let UL sell tickets higher than the third level. Hope this helps!!

    GEAUX CAJUNS!!!!!

  3. Default Opponents View: SDSU coach says Cajuns similar to Wyoming

Pretty much every opponent seems a little frightening to Rocky Long. He once said Cal Poly was “scary” before the Aztecs beat the Mustangs on Sept. 3, 49-21. Now this week SDSU is playing in the New Orleans Bowl against Louisiana-Lafayette ...

This helps a lot. Thanks a bunch. I knew something had to be up. LOL!
So if those seats are already taken and UL sold 18k, the dome will be nice!

  5. Default New Orleans Bowl Less Than a Week Away

The Ragin’ Cajuns football team is set to make their first bowl appearance in 40 years this weekend when they face San Diego State in the 2011 R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl.

We know how excited you guys are about the first bowl game in 41 years and to have it in a semi home setting is fantastic.

No matter how the game comes out, I will always root for LOUISIANA!!! in the future.
I've always liked SDSU since George Allen went there to coach. As I recall you guys have had some outstanding coaches spend time there. I know Sean Peyton spent time there so you guys are no strangers to great coaching. I have a feeling that a lot of UL fans will be rooting for your team in the future as well. Maybe we could do a home & home thing some time if this game is climactic.

FWIW, since I am not too classy to go on tigerdroppings, I went on there to check on BCS tickets, & saw a guy with a thread wanting NO bowl tickets. He wants to go to the game but thinks the NO bowl isn't worth the 40 bucks to see the game. At last check he had bumped his thread 4 times with no responses.

Its funny, last year, I watched the Poinsettia bowl and didn't know anything about yall, but I was rooting for yall, mainly because I really like underdogs. Now I have a new reason to continue to support yall. Maybe this new connection made at the NO bowl will allow us to get a basketball and a baseball series going, I know I would be down.
