Marshall to St. Pete...only CUSA team out east that's bowl eligible...they will take the St. Pete bowl slot. New Orleans will be open.

SMU isn't going to New Orleans

The Bowl is talking to SMU and Tulsa. Look for some back door deals to be done as some conferences fall short in fulling their bowls. Not saying this is a done deal, but its being negotiated.
