Im sure I will get blasted for this, but anyone else find it ridiculous that the players and referees have to wipe the floor everytime someone falls down?

You ever try to run around on a wet floor?

I meant that the kids who are supposed to do it are too young and don't do anything. At one point Daigle and the referees are literally wiping the floors themselves. It took forever to get the floors wiped everytime

I'll stick my neck out there and support you on this one duggie. You nailed it too. Particularly on the side of the court opposite the students, the kids seem to be extremely young (4 or 5 Tops, some look like 3). Daigle was getting after it almost everytime with the towels.

Great night. Can't wait for Saturday. Baseball's gonnna be fun tomorrow too.

That task means a lot to those little kids and will remember their involvement. Players and refs only care about player safety. They joined in and followed up quite appropriately.

Let these kids have their fun and get them involved. A little extra time, but hey...

23 of 27 at the line, out rebounded the opponent, had less turnovers than ASU. That kind of effort makes up for a night in which the shooting was not there. I think we are all kind of sad basketball will end soon. There will be a lot of anticipation for the future in the off season. What has happened in the last few weeks gives credence to my view that we have the potential to be the top basketball mid major in the south.

It was Allison of ASU (not WKU- we play them Saturday) who threw the ball into the stands. He is the guy who had the big scoring night. Understandable he was frustrated. He had a great game and I am sure he feels that late free throw he missed cost his team the game.

actually the youngest kid on that side of the court was raymone andrews 5 year old brother who has been a ball boy since the game against the gents......that would make him 8-0 as a ball boy, the guys calls him their good luck charm, the girl was raymone 8 year old sister, i was told the older kid who usually works that side the court couldnt make it tonight.

Just imagine what Marlin would have been able to do with guys like Bureau, Gary, and Daigle given four years with them. It's gonna be nice to see guys actually improve as players over their time here instead of regressing (Gradnigo).
