Bustle has always used his best players on special teams. It made sense when he inherited a depleted Baldwin squad, not so much anymore except for your fastest player to block kicks.

I think you lose a bit of the 3rd string 'Rudy' factor when you don't have 100% fresh special team’s players on the field.
