Yes, it appears that they are closing and Rouse's will take over that spot to accomodate their 40,000 square foot needs.

I don't know if they are closing because they're being pushed out as that would seem unlikely. However, it may be because they were going out of business or their lease was up but I don't know what the factors are.

If they are being pushed out, then Golden Wok will be as well.

I'd heard so much about the place on KPEL that we tried it out before one of the home games earlier this year. I'm glad we did if they are vacating. It was a great experience.

Let's hope they are re-locating.

Didn't WOW wings close down? If he's being forced out, that may be an option. That building is independent of the main structure.

The info I got is that Rouses made him a deal that he could not refuse. In terms of the Golden Wok, supposedly they were on a month to month lease. Another deal they could not refuse.

When I call Baja they told me they was closing the doors. Reason I don't know. They didn't offer any. I just got back from the Golden Wok and they told me that they would relocate to another temporary location. The have a month to move out. They are looking at a building across from UMC for a permanent location. The WOW has someone but the information will not be released until the lease is signed. The Golden Wok will stay in the area because of the dedicated people that eat there. He's making a killing in food sales. The old Block Buster will be torn down to make way for a new CVS drug store.
