Personally, I'm not a women's basketball fan. I hope they succeed, but I don't really wanna watch them play. Having said that, you can't argue with the fact that he had the youngest team in the country. Sorry, that matters.

Again, I've never seen the guy coach a game; I'm just stating the facts.

I have not seen him coach here. I HAVE seen him coach in both HS and AAU. Couldn't coach there either.

He had the youngest team in the country because HE lost players who should have been returning because they didn't fit his system [God knows WHAT that is, Rogers sure doesn't].

When is Mr. Walker set to hand over the reigns to Mr. Farmer?

It was a very bad move for Coach Rogers to sign 6 freshmen when he did. IF he had signed 3 and the rest JC transfers he would have had 3 more seniors this year and the freshmen he did sign would be upper classmen next year.

Next year those 6 freshmen will be Juniors and there is no reason not to have big BIG success with 6 Juniors.

Problem is because of his lack of foresight, in two years he will have the youngest team in America AGAIN!

Interesting. I digress to you guys. Like I said, I probably know less about women's bball than anyone on this board; but when you look at it on paper, it's plain to see that he was set up to struggle. I didn't realize that it was his own fault that he did so..

I would put my lack of knowledge of UL womens basketball against yours. My bro HouCajun would also be pretty good at this game.

I don't know where you're getting this "youngest team in the country" from. He started 2 seniors, 1 junior & 2 sophomores and had 2 juniors and a redshirt freshman coming off the bench. That is not young.

Guys, the youth of that team was based on the combined years of DI experience. It was one of the nation's youngest teams in that regard. It's a little confusing, so I wanted to clear it up.
