JMU has zero notable wins. Their impressive OOC win…Washington State, who is 5-6, who lost to 0-8 Sam Houston at home. Loss is to unranked Louisville.

It really sucks that you can lose to a utsa team by 20 that one of the sun belts worst teams beat and still be the lead team for the playoff spot. As would we if the chips ever fall for us to be ever be in that position. Regardless, I’d sure like to be in a position to get skull drug in the playoffs.

Hate to admit it but Tulane scheduled wonderfully. Beat Duke who will finish 7-5. Beat Northwestern who is 6-6. Hit the jackpot on “p4” teams you could beat that are not terrible.

JMU probably scheduled WSU years ago before the PAC 12 dissolved. Could have been a better win. Don’t know that for sure, but schedules are made years in advance. Should have beat Louisville who’s an 8-4 ACC team.

I hate that the sunbelt has to go undefeated to have a shot at the CFP most years.

The only thing for Tulane is that UTSA loss. That’s a bad loss. They will no doubt make that up and clinch it if they beat a good UNT.

UNT is fun to watch on offense. Defense, not so much. They have two 99 yard drives this year. Think they can outscore Tulane next weekend.

Thankfully we were playing ULM and the ULMed it.

They played a great game, though. We really had no business winning that. A kick off return, turnover and short field then busted 4th down run. Won’t give it back, though. Our guys still made the plays.

Winning when you don’t play your best vs an opponent that played better than they should be celebrated. Appears our guys have learned how to win

Watching the replay of Davis’ 4th down td run. Howard had his hands up before Davis even hit the line. Not sure if he foresaw a td but it’s fun. I’d like to think he knew it from the start.

Tulane beat South Alabama by 2 points.
South Alabama lost to coastal carolina by 18, then CC lost to JMU by 49.
USA lost to texas state by 23, and TX state lost to JMU by 32.
Tulane does not seem better than JMU.
