Collin Jacob from Loreauville,No. 35, replaced Skipper. Had game of his life with 14 tackles and had late half sack which forced a punt. Coach Dez talked about him in his post game comments. Not only quarterbacks and receivers have off days. Happens to all athletes at times. Fortunately we had someone ready to take advantage of his opportunity.

I am happy Des is finally sitting guys who have off nights or are not producing what a starter should. Give the next man an opportunity and see what happens. Well we saw what happened for multiple guys.

I remember Mike coming in after Babb cracked a couple of ribs lunging horizontally for a first down (full arms extention) (two hands on the ball) crack.

I don't remember the result of Des play in that game, or the year it happened.

I know Babb could throw.
