    Default Realgnment curve ball incoming?

Would really shake things up. I would be in favor if we got the best of the MAC.

So possibility of doing a North/South Division instead of East/West is interesting if it could elevate the conf.

Yes, they have their own agenda, that much is clear. ULM is a founding member; these idiots need to read the SBC Bylaws. And why Ohio and not Toledo? Way better program in the last decade. Oh wait, it's 80-mile drive to Marshall University campus. See the irony of the idiots wanting drive trips while trying to dump ULM? Can we swap Marshall for Toledo?

Yeah, I get that. But, the article does say that Ohio has reached out already among other MAC schools. News to me. A MAC raid was not on my bingo card. Could really elevate the league if done right.

As for ULM, all we need to do is set minimum funding level like the AAC did. No way they could match what the rest of the league is capable of. That compared with an expansion north would likely be the last straw for them.... I like where this direction is headed.

I like the "university of" aspect of it with ohio....

Also having just half the amount of water needed would still be better than having LaTech

We have to be careful though, since they are in our system they might try to take it from us (from the academic side)

Why not I guess! As long as it becomes a North/South Divisions and we still keep our footprint South then jump on it. The problem short term is no way ESPN is renegotiating the SBC contract. But maybe the SBC can reacquire its secondary and third tier streaming rights back and look at other platforms.
