Hope he gets a shot to make the team!

They only have 3 qbs and Ben is one of them. Drake May and Joshua Dobbs.

He is good enough to land somewhere in the NFL.

It's possible that his intelligence, and his maturity, will make him successful on Sundays.

I believe you're correct. He's got more tools to be successful in the NFL than any other QB we've ever had, but he's got to stay healthy.

His running ability may be a difference maker for him...and he makes great throws when he's on the run..

How special would that be? Didn't you & a couple of other butt lickers tell me this guy couldn't play in the NFL? I bet he's got a better chance than Jake Haener does of making it this season.

Big Ben has always reminded this butt licker of Justin Herbert. Their deliveries are similar although Ben’s is slower. My concern with him has always been injuries. Hopefully he can at least make the practice squad. I do think he fits in well with what vrabel’s run first / play action game.

Nope, you stated he was going to be a high round draft choice. I said he had limitations that would cause him to struggle as an NFL QB, I still stand by that. But I wish the young man all the luck in the world and hope he has a long NFL career.

I also said that his arm strength throwing to the 10 yard out patterns was going to be a problem, and it was in college and will be more of a problem in the NFL. Now there is a chance that that can be fixed or at least worked on, I do think injuries are a huge concern for him.

I have always been a fan of Ben and anyone who knows me, knows that. He was by far the best QB we had on the roster and deserved to be a starter for UL, does that equate to an NFL player, I don't know.

I think the same concerns I had were the same concerns most NFL scouts probably thought (and I am in no way comparing myself to an NFL scout). That is the main reason he is being brought in as a UFA rather than a drafted player.

I hope he makes the team or the practice squad, but it is still a long road ahead for Ben, but good luck young man, there is no doubt he has the fire and passion and intelligence to make the NFL, does he have the talent, I don't know, but I hope he makes it.

I have no clue if Ben will make it in the NFL. However, I think he landed in a pretty good spot. From what I can see, the Patriots have no QB on their roster that is firmly established as a #1 NFL QB.

It never fails. Always the 100 plus answer for why you didn't say what you said.
