I can be a squeeky wheel, but at some point, you expect to see some improvements...how many of you are satisfied with the CF Status Quo? Is it too much to expect a college band to play more than 1 song in the first half of Football?

Actually mentioned Defensive Players making tackles or passes defended....rare to hear that from Tuna Perkins before the hype rave music starts up...I say hire whoever that person is...

He also gave down and distance along with describing the play. Tuna is just lazy & barely mentions the play.

In fairness to him- the in person game day experience still needs improvement and has for some time. At least he still cares enough to talk about it

I mentioned the other day I watched Texas/aTm on the SEC network. PA guy only no network announcers. Same experience.

I get at the quarter breaks many programs does a stadium sing a long. That’s an idea, but have to stick with the crowd. sweet Caroline (Pitt and WVA) Won’t Back Down (Florida) and Neck are taken. Respect is a dead horse, beaten.

SBC had control over that...amazing what when a pro is on the mike and the volume was turned down to a correct label! I got my ass skyward last week on FB with the same observation...or prediction.

BTW, the POA strained their way through the first half with 1 tune...at least it was 2 step Mamou..

There was a big positive last night. No wall to wall sound of a PA system blasting your ears out at every opportunity. That was refreshing.

IMO, 71 is simply raising legitimate concerns about the overly high decibel level PA discussed on this forum for multiple years that were never addressed. I'm hoping this is getting overhauled in the new stadium for next season.
