Wow, congrats to this year's SBC championship hosting UL Ragin Cajuns!!!! And I've changed my mind. I like the beard. At least this version of it. It looked nicely trimmed & I noticed a little bit of gray in there. This is one Thanksgiving weekend all UL fans should be united in toasting an outstanding year by their beloved group of gridiron heroes. GEAUX CAJUNS!!!!!

I’ve listened to a bit of the ULM coach this year. A lot more leading up to and post game. Watched them play a decent bit too. Warhawks have themselves a guy. If they hang on to the RB, they will just get better. Losing 6 in a row after that crazy start is rough, but they surpassed any real expectation this year. Future looks better in Monroe.

I don’t know man. I went to the game yesterday and was kind of shocked to see how bad their facilities are. They are behind most Southland schools. I don’t care how good of a coach you are. You’re recruiting with one hand tied behind your back over there.

Been to their basketball arena? About to dump a ton of money into it, not enough lipstick in the world to fix that pig. Has a gladiator pit feel.

Stadium is like UL’s, except smaller and no real infrastructure investment other than a scoreboard and paint.

Softball got some upgrades but it took our former coach calling out their lack of facilities.

Baseball, well they quit wearing hand me down uniforms.

I’m pretty sure WMHS has better facilities, abet smaller.

No, never been to the basketball stadium. I wanted to walk around and check out the campus but the 11am start time shut that down.

One side of the stadium is like old Cajun Field, but the visitor’s side is like a high school stadium. Erector set-style with gravel below and standalone restroom and concession buildings. However, what shocked me most was that the fascia boards and soffits on the concession/restroom buildings were all rotting away. They’re apparently too broke to perform basic maintenance and repair.

Messing with the narrative of getting out of the Napier shadow. It’s good company, don’t see why not recognizing it.
