Well since there are few, if any, past players who are in coaching we may not have that luxury. Yeah, schools like UNC, Duke, Kentucky etc have long coaching trees that began at their school and they can afford to want their own person but that's not a luxury most programs have.

I should have clarified that this was out of the college coaching salaries in the country.
