Exactly, supposedly. I don't believe you talk about the East side because even though some of the money has been allocated, you really don't have solid details on final amounts, when you get the money and subsequently can't have any detailed plans to relay to folks.
I think staying focused on what is known and what you can control is absolutely the correct path to follow.

Lower bowl entry will still be through gates A and C. Changes will occur at those gates and ramps, but they will essentially be in the same spot and serve the same purpose as what they do now.
The premium entry plaza and entrance that you see is essentially a massively upscaled version of what they have now at Faulkinberry Tower.
