Richards minutes were more a result of fouls than abilities. Doubt his minutes were going up unless he learned to play hard with less fouling. I liked the young man for his effort, but just fouled too often.

It took so much effort just to keep the guy eligible to play. Wasn't worth the headache.

Maybe in 3 years but he is no where near ready to play division 1 basketball right now or anytime in the short term.
