What would you consider acceptable concessions?

I’ve built the database over the last few years.

Some of the most fascinating (for me) research I've seen about attendance.

I built a similar database but never thought to include attendance but still formed an opinion on attendance and attendance times as I was compiling other information.

I mean acceptable wait times and acceptable supply. Waiting 30 minutes for pop and popcorn should NEVER happen.

I have til yet to go to any game anybody put on in any stadium, or arena where the food was anything worth writing home about. It's all carnival cuisine.
