Can’t stick this on Leger. He doesn’t make the call to play a 2 QB system. He doesn’t make the call to change QBs after 2 TD drives resulting in only 3 points the rest of the game. Everyone on this staff looks overwhelmed and in over their heads. This indicates a problem higher than Leger and ultimately higher than CMD. If Maggard made the call on his own, he does not deserve the position he has. If he was handcuffed (I have no doubt this is the case), we are back to Baldwin days, and there will be no coming back from this.

So who fires Mike?

Step 1.. . Clean house immediately areas on team that are underperforming. Offense is terrible.

Step 2. If Des isn't prepared to move forward with step 1 he needs to resign or be fired. It's an ugly business; unfortunately firing friends is part of the job
