In defense of the ump, she is calling the outside pitch a strike. But, I don't think it's as far outside as it appears because of the camera angle.

Outside is outside, doesn't matter how much, it's a ball. We score 4 but leave the bases loaded, seems to happen a lot this year. We had a chance for a really big inning.

Pushed across 4. That was good. But Stormy striking out there with the bases loaded hurts. No more scored in a situation where you could have blown it open.
