Sad that you have to "reward" current players with more than a free education, meal plan, room and board and the potential to go pro. But maybe thats just me.

Looking back in the days before NIL and thinking of kids simultaneously complaining they arent getting enough for their time while also wanting to play more. Technically those who played less back then got more reward for less time.
