This was the ultimate bad situation game for us: huge home win, just found out we are the in the driver’s seat to host championship, and playing a 1-5 team. I was worried we would come out a little flat, but some of these guys really took it to the extreme. Sucks to keep harping on the guy but Garner’s play on the 2nd play of the 3Q was literally: get beat, make a poor effort, quit. Might need a come to Jesus talk if we don’t want another unnecessarily close game for Homecoming.
