Well, our team left the bench area. If you got a player with one already, there's the second one. Not the first time that's happened this year in college football.
I ULMOST feel bad for Monroe. ULMOST.
Ok, which one of you gentlemen posted the Charlie Brown tee shirt of Hunsuker’s twitter. Man, I miss Tabby on days like this (honestly hope her health is good).
I was at the game tonight and brought my brother and his wife, who are visiting from New Mexico, to their first college football game. They had the time of their life. We sit on the 50 just 6 rows up and let me tell you, I don’t care how many were there, it was LOUD! They even were into it cheering on the Ragin Cajuns. Wants to plan vacation next year to coincide with a good game. ULM played lights out and you have to give them their due, but CAJUNS found a way to win and it was a fun game to watch.
While I'm complaining. The officiating was awful. These guys acted like it was all about them
Come on, man. It was a fantastic college football game. One for the Cajun ages. If you were there, what a nerve raking treat.
We were not perfect. ULM wasn’t either, but that entire game drew in your emotions and made you remember why you’re a college football fan.
Disagree with me if you will, but I have not been on the edge of me seat that much since we beat ULM in 11’. Maybe not that may be an understatement, too.
I’m proud of this team. I’m proud of the fans that were there because 14k got loud.
We have to improve on a a few things, but Damn I’m proud of this Cajun team right now. Who’s with me?
If winning 10 games was easy, everyone would do it.
If I'm being honest, I think it was a combination of ULM giving us their absolute best, and us playing down a little. But the fates were on our side, and a win is a win is 10 wins. I'm not going to be too mad about the end result. And whether we want to admit it or not, this game is the kind of game that gets more people in the seats. The crowd that was there was totally engaged, especially late in the 4th, and that atmosphere combined with a win creates positive word of mouth. The fans that were here left happy and are more likely to come back and bring a friend.
