I don't know what the ___k you are talking about. We were commenting on the length of the thread for a midweek baseball game. I don't know who you are calling a ___king rose colored glass apologist but that aint me so you can take that elsewhere. I don't even like baseball.

You commented how it’s goofy to be dissecting a midweek game when this thread stopped being about the game pages ago. Then you talked about it only being the 4th game of the season. This isn’t about one game. I don’t care if we get blown out 30-0 in one game. I’m more concerned that we are eclipsing 100+ games where the offensive woes are the overwhelming norm. That is what this discussion is about.

What’s your take on college vs. pro ball?

Don't like the sport. Period. I went to a Cubs game a couple years ago. It was fun to see the atmosphere and experience it but I couldn't do that 80+ times a season. I could go for a 4-5 inning stretch but that's about it.

Don’t be an LSU fan. Midweek games matter. Especially if you want to earn an at-large bid to a regional.

So this is the first time in 2 years + 4 games that we haven’t seen an offense worth a ____?! It’s not about losing to tech. It’s about a consistent downward trend of the baseball program. I’m really trying to give this team a chance this year but you ___king rose colored glasses apologists are making it extremely difficult.

I see some positive things going on but it has been long enough for the bounce back to happen. Time to see some results.

Still not the point. It was an issue Wednesday because it’s tech. It’s an issue now because we lost the series and possibly are getting swept by a south land team. It will be an issue if we lose the game to southeastern Tuesday or the series to Maryland next weekend. Are we going to wait til April to win our first series of the year again?
