You do know when talking diplomas ours looks just like at Austin, Chapel Hill, Lincoln, Knoxville.... nothing UTA, UNCC, UNL, or UTK about those schools just like nothing ULL about ours. We use ULL as much as they use the aforementioned abbreviation.

Probably from university letters, academic printed material, maybe they want to come for an education as well....outside of athletics, its ULL, that's what the diploma says

The administration is responsible for promoting the @ over the Who.

However, except for an early placeholder website, rare snafu's by uninitiated employees and new hires ... Neither academics nor athletics has ever promoted use of ULL.

The law that erupted from the supposed breaking of a non law, did offer up 3 letter monikers as a loose option. The school never adopted its usage.

Not sure if this family would be a good fit here. Most of our top donors make their money in the oil industry. If you ride down hwy 90 his dad is on every other billboard trying to drum up a law suit against oil companies. I can't imagine he'd be very welcomed walking around cajun field on a Saturday afternoon in the fall, with all them oil field folks there.
