That was the Optimus club and it was for charity. The money was used for projects in the community.

    Have a question.
What is your valuation for the university when the Optimist club sold Christmas trees on the Cajun Field lot?

UL definitely need to charge more. Wow. It’s basically giving it to them free based on what it costs to actually go to those festivals. It’s costs Hundreds of dollars for a family of 4 to go to those festivals.

Is your non usage (justifies low fees) stance the same for Mardi Gras, Car Show, RV Show, Cajun Heartland State Fair and Tailgating all the same?

It’s not my job to determine what the usage fees are.

can we charge the opposing teams bus a fee to enter the parking lot? and if so should that fee be based on the regular car rate or the RV rate?

maybe put coin access on to the batting cages as well. and a water meter on the showers and rent towels.

Baseball/softball RVing is in its infancy much like the days when we brought our RV to CF. No real plan other than they were happy to have us. Just take a deep breath, it will get fix.

Usage fees for the CF parking lot is a pittance in the overall picture. But should be incorporated into an overall usage place for just the sake of consistency.
