Doesn’t seem to be a “pay to play” tournament. That’s always good.

It’s basically Volleyball’s version of the NIT.

I would liken this tournament to the WBI. We are better than average compared to the field. UTRGV will be an interesting rematch. Would be nice to see a Clemson or Boston College in the finals…heck, even a USM

Not even close to the WBI. We’re not buying participation.

Zoom - didn’t realize we paid to play in the WBI. Thought it was an invitational as well.

The reason I liken it to the WBI, is the level of competition. Still a lot of p-5’s in the WNIT, but not as prolific of G-5’s.
