Marshall and App both parleyed victories into more exposure than you can ever buy. In fact, App turned its win at Texas AM into 500 Million Dollars of free exposure! Is Maggard that damn blind?

From a fan standpoint, I get wanting to see better teams at Cajun Field. We've played the likes of Kansas St, Oklahoma St, Minnesota and others in Lafayette. That was a different time and it didn't help us win, and it didn't enhance attendance. There is no guarantee that signing any 2 for 1 deal with any such program today will eventually not end up being bought out when it's time for the return trip to Lafayette. It happens alot more often than people think.

Yet you failed to explain how it's growth for the program? So, who's being disingenuous here? On paper, giving up another home game for the opportunity to play another P5 on the road looks the same, irrespective of the motive.
