Guys ---the problem is the talent of the offensive line ---I think we really worked around their just not being GOOD---Pass blocking is getting and staying in a defensive guys way---Many coaches will tell you that is the easiest part-----But go block some body and move them----we do not have the ability as players to do that---look at goal line situations and third and short---NOT pretty---I think that we really went after some JC linemen but didn't get them--T I guess could tell us better---As was stated another year will help returning 4 of the 5 that played the most!!!!

Really??? A QB is not as effective as ours with an oline that isn't good. We didnt move anyone while blocking them?? I watch only the oline EVERY play and that statement is simply NOT true. The oline gets absolutely no respect or credit for anything unless they screw up and I for one AM SICK OF IT. I think oh great a thread on the offense maybe there is someone out there with a brain that appreciates all that our oline did this past year. Why would I ever believe that because once again an oline bashing thread. We played the players we played because they work hard and earned their positions. They weren't the second choice because a JC player didn't come along. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRr

I am tired of them being blamed for everything....stop making the oline the scapegoat for everything with this team.

This team doen's need a scapegoat! The offensive line was good enough to win the N.O. bowl against a good team and have a great record!

However, every part of the team needs and can improve including the O-Line, pass rushing, and kick-offs. The o-line will improve because they have another year under their belt together as will other parts of the team.

---------WOW --How did I know that was what was coming---Remember that doing better with less talent is the greatest thing about playing football---My opinion is that they did well with having less talent---How many on the offensive line will be considered pro prospects???? Facts are facts---we won with guys that played their ___ off on the off line that PASS blocked I thought very well but to do the hardest thing of run blocking we didn't measure up---but WHAT A YEAR!!!!

No offense but you can't have the offense UL had this year without an offensive line that is clicking.

If the last thing in your mind is a hurt center, well then, change your mind

Gautier doesn't get enough time to even think about beating the passing TD record or getting a lot of the production that he had this year without year-long solid performances by the o-line. There can only be improvement from this line in the future i feel.

I thought Blaine's maturing into an excellent QB was amazing. His touch on long passes and improvement from gunning each pass to more touch/accuracy was just fun to see. Can't wait to see him with a more experienced and stronger line next year. Fun year knowing that we had a shot in each game due to ability to score at any time.

I love Blaine to death and I had been waiting for this guy to get his chance and he did very well cause he has a strong arm and makes plays with his feet. But I will say this, our WR's bailed out Blaine many many times with some great catches this season. It seemed every jump ball thrown out there our WR's won!
