UL Football My projected Depth Chart

Here is my predicted Depth Chart for the beginning of the season:

QB: Jerry Babb, Mike D., Connor Morel, John Hundley
RB: T.Fenroy, D. Wallace, Josh H., Caleb Rubin
    FB: C. Johnson, C.Roberson, A. Levier, M.Desormeaux
WR: D. Smith, Ray Givens, Louis Lee
WR: Corey Frederick, Jordan Jackson, Jason Chery
    TE: Erik J., Kevin B., J. Grotefend
    LT: J. Newman, K. Pirtle
    LG: Tim Falter, W. Chance
C: JR Ramos, Ian Burks, R. Gilles
    RG: D. Jones, L. Coleman
    RT: B. Cox, Z. Leger

DE: Tony Hills, Greg H., C. Lanaux
DE: Rodney Hardaway, K. Talamo, J. Vance
    DT: M.Del, L. Waiters, T.Ferguson
    DT: J. Bradley, K. Raymond, S. Adams
    LB: M. Risher, M. Fair
    LB: B. Burkhalter, F. Davis
    LB: Tre Green, Wes Simon
    SS: L. Morgan, D. Keyes
    FS: J. Felders, M. Rolle
    LCB: K. Ward, J. Smith, J. Jones
    RCB: M. Adams, T. Kingsby, G. Blunt

    K: D. Edmoston, B. Framel, T. Albrecht
    P: B. Framel, D. Shex
    DS: S. Hayes, M. Del, C. Lanaux
    KR: D. Smith, D. Wallace
    PR: M. Adams, J. Chery

Now These are my top people who will play most of the snaps, there may be others that I left out, but these are my top players who I beleive will make the dress list.

    So Desormeaux won't be redshirted . . . interesting.

He's already been redshirted. You can normally only have one, unless you're Justin Venable.

    LOL

I should have been more clear, unless I'm reading it wrong, he has Matt Desormeaux getting snaps at FB

    UL 1984, 1999 . . . . Re: My projected Depth Chart

I think with Matt fourth on the list he won't see reps, unless he just blows away the competition. I think he'll redshirt unless injuries or this happens.

I don't see Matt, Davis or Burks seeing the field next year. Especially the later 2 guys. Burks would have to put on a lot of weight and Davis only has 1 year of playing football.

now I'm listing these guys but you have to realize I'm also including some of them as special teams guys, for everyone I went to fourth or third string those are the guys I beleive will get some playing time on special teams. And yes I know I'm sticking my kneck out there a little bit but with little Des's speed and size I think he can be a good special teams player, along with Fred Davis and Burks. Although Burks lacks size from what i"ve seen he's pretty quick for a lineman and might be able to be used for the kick off return team, plus our depth at center isn't that great guys you gotta admit. These are my predictions, emphasis on predictions. I'm not normally right but its nice to call my shots and see if any of them come true and to also see the ones that really suprise me. I see that some of you disagree with me, and thats cool, give some rebuttle, I love talking about football months in advance, it makes the count down to the first game that much better.

    Keep up the debate

That's cool we're just voicing our opinion, didn't mean to upset you. Was giving my take on the line up you gave, I love talking about Cajun Football too!

    No, I'm not upset,

See, I'll be honest; I'm not really a big baseball or basketball fan although I do support both UL sports I don't really watch MLB or NBA or not too much NCAA either. I'm a big football fan and about this time of year people get to talking about baseball, and thats awesome, its just thats not a subject I know that much about, so I like to keep the line of communication about football open so I can have some posts to reply too lol. So I'll prolly be the one posting about next football season. So any debate and banter about football is welcomed by me.

PS: although I don't follow the game that much, you can bet your sweet ___ I'll be at the baseball game tomorrow night, GEAUX CAJUNS

I agree that the guys you mentioned could very well be good special teams players and they may well earn a spot on this years roster doing just that, however, I would hate to see what I consider a year "wasted" on special teams when they could be redshirted, working out, and learning the system. But, hey, I don't make those calls

Please ask them to wear adult diapers to the LSU game next season. I do not want them wetting themselves in Tiger Stadium before the game and soiling our hallowed Death Valley.
