I hate to have to be thoe one to break it to you CH, but the Saints are what a real NFL team is supposed to look like. Not that neon colored rabble from the the flake coast. BTW, how fun was it to Tevaris Jackson lead that bunch of rabble straight into the pit of irrelevance?

Remember last year...on the road in January is certain death for the Aints...funny how soon you guys forget. So sad. Refs won't help you win next week.

We don't need em. Got a running game this time to go along with the greatest QB of all time.

That's a bold statement...one that no person who matters agrees with you. Do me a favor Kyle...can you tell me the 5 closest games the Aints had this year and then tell me what they had in common? This should be easy Kyle.

Not as I'd like but better than I expected this year. Without a QB the Hawks came close to making the playoffs...they have a young running back, and with a healthy O-line next year will make waves in the NFC West...

He is pretty bad...the fact that they won 7 games and were so close to 8 or 9 wins is a testament to the coaching staff. I share your sentiments.

I don't know who you listen to, but anyone who knows anything about football knows 4.6 YPC average is pretty enviable, especially in today's NFL. Add to that 342 YPG passing & you've got an explosive compination that Alex Amith won't be able to match up with.

    I'll play along.
Tennessee, Atlanta, Tampa Bay, Green Bay, & St. Louis.

Woops...I was wrong. They did have the Atlanta game they won because Mike Smith was stupid, and the Rams game where...well...you know what happened. The 5 games they have had outdoors this year they were 3-2. The Panthers game was really close. The Titans game was way way too close for playing against a rookie QB. The Packers had the game won and took the foot off the gas letting the Aints inch back in. They beat the Jaguars by 13...the Jaguars. That's harsh. Losing to the Bucs...is a symptom of being on the road. It's gets tougher to play on the road in January. That does not bode well for Arena League football which is only played indoors.

It's a lot like why I was never an LSU fan, even before I became a USL student/graduate, and went on to learn the in and outs of what LSU has pulled in the past to the detriment of my school. The reason is the fans. I find it funny that Cajun fans that hate LSU fans, their "Tiger Bait" chants, the huge amount of bandwagoners, and their obnoxious trash talking (only when they're good) are also fans of the Saints. Saints fans (not all, but for the most part, just like LSU) are EXACTLY the same. Once Payton and Brees arrived, there is ZERO difference between the most recognizable parts of the fan bases. I saw hundreds of people, who never even mentioned the Saints previously, decked out in Saints gear, having their lives revolve around Saints games, and being obnoxious a-holes any time NFL football became a topic of conversation since 2006, and especially from 2009 until today. Insert "Who Dat" for "Tiger Bait", and there is no discernible difference between these groups of people, many of whom are the same folks.

Like I said, I root for the Saints because they are my home state team, but the exact reason a lot of us root against LSU, is the exact reason I couldn't care less if the Saints win or lose. For all of you Cajun fans that are also Saints fans, please remember this next time they win. Of course, having a fan base for the Saints does not help them as much as building up a base for UL, so maybe it doesn't even matter. Maybe I just wanted to get this off my chest.

    Geaux Cajuns!
No. No they're not. LSU A&M fans and Saints are hardly synonymous. Hardcore Saints fans have about as animosity for the corndogs as we do. As a matter of fact, there was a thread on Saintsreport yesterday _____ing about people wearing purple and urine. Don't know where you're making your observations, but they are wrong.
