Just wondering? What would have happened had they noticed. Technical, change possessions adding back time. Simply replay the game withou the sixth player. It appeared number 21 was the guy who should not have been in the game. He was pretty much ignored by all players and had no real part in the play. More like an up close observer.

Officials will not be punished in any way. Ther may not even be anything more than a public apology to WKU by Wrong Waters.

They blow calls all the time. IMO it was less of a blown call than the foul aginst Smith in the NCAA tournament, the not even close to being a foul that the offical was looking right at vs missing a guy who was not even in the area of the play who nobody guarded.

That's playing with SmotC, sixth cousin to Moxie . . . once removed.

Marlin said when he got here that he would do whatever it takes to win. Well? -

Nice. I watched it live and the pro-wku announcers were acting up to about a minute left in OT that it was a foregone conclusion that wku was going to win. They were flabbergasted. It was hilarious to hear them do the postgame sponsor thank-yous because all they wanted to do was complain.

The refs in most cases would have counted the players at the end of the timeout and informed the Cajuns that they had too many on the floor. Once, the game started, it should have resulted in a technical foul.

Also, I think that I read that it was supposed to be a pick and pop for JJ,and JJ was supposed to sub in for Kadeem.

Nice to see the incompentence of Sun Belt officiating favor us for once, made even better for it happening in Diddle Arena.

And from the comments made this morning in WKU campus paper and on their fan forum, that play adds a bunch of gasoline to the fire that WKU fans are using to heat the tar they plan on using to tar and feather their coach. A lot of people are predicting that McDonald may be fired as early as this weekend, esp. if they lose to Troy on Saturday.

Fact is, the pillpoppers got beat by ONE guy. Just saw it made the top 10 plays on ESPN Sportscenter. At the end of the clip they threw up a quote from Mike Wood, Sun Belt Coordinator of Officials: "There's no question there are six on the court. You can't get around that. We will review it and determine what we're going to do next. This wasn't a bunch of rookies, this is a good crew."
