    I was at the K-State and S.C games.... K-State was a bunch of fundamentally sound but slow white guys... If I recall correctly that was before the shot clock and they drove us crazy... Again if I recall correctly K-State Led 64-63 with like 10 seconds left shooting a 1-1... Missed the front end and Roy Ebrand got the rebound... Was not able to get it to Bo so he dribbled just past half court and passed it back court to Bo... just barely... With the noise you couldn't immediately hear the whistle and Bo drained a 30 footer that of course didn't count... The last 2 K-State points were after we had to foul..

    Now none of that may be accurate but I WAS there and it is my story and sticking to it...lol

    Great team. I was a senior in high school that year. A friend took me to a preseason scrimmage and I was blown away. I remember attending the Bayou Classic. Real shame the basketball program was shut down for two years afterward.
