the gimp...its open source and free, google it, i have photoshop too but i prefer gimp for most stuff

tremendous stuff. Is there anyway to make a hud/blaine 17-inch (1920 x 1200)
i put the 1050 one on my computer but the resolution is not quite great on a screen that size.

Really need to go in the other direction though.

For instance my phone is 800x480.
