Maurice Rolle's biggest reason for verbally committing to the University of Louisiana football program was honesty. "When coach (Brian) Jenkins came to our house he told my mom and dad a lot of things about the school and the program," Rolle said Friday. "When I got there for my visit, everything he told them was true." The 6-foot-1, 180-pound free safety from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and South Plantation High gave Ragin' Cajun coach Rickey Bustle a verbal pledge to the 2006 UL recruiting class this week. He made an official visit to the Cajun campus one week ago after visiting Delaware the previous weekend, and canceled his future visits. "I decided I wasn't going to waste my time," said Rolle, who drew interest from Pittsburgh, Massachusetts and Indiana out-of-state and Central Florida, Florida Atlantic and Florida International within the state. Sean Rolle to decide between Eastern Illinois and Louisiana! Years ago when Nelson Stokley was the head Coach at then USL, the strength and conditioning coach was Coach Rolle!!!! Last I heard he was in Florida, had coached I think for Miami University and maybe even a pro team. COULD this young man Sean Rolle be his son??? How many family of Rolle would be in Florida and have a football star wanting to play in Louisiana??
