    That should help.

    It will!

If all they saw was the "Lafayette" following the "UL" (a very common occurance outside of the inner circles) and didn't bother to research further, they will get the point of his message and won't bother to check further here either.

Nice read. Good to see former players like Stokely were there. I also saw Chris Gannon in the Quarter Saturday morning.

I definitely found myself screaming for y'all on Saturday until the very end. It was nice seeing your fans excited and loud in the Superdome and even more, your team giving them every reason to be. Great win, again!

(Also, here's to hoping Bama's kickers aren't as good as yours!)
Thanks. Good luck and hope your trip to New Orleans is enjoyable as ours.

Thanks for the kind words. I hope LSU makes a big statement and puts all doubt away at who is the #1 team. No more close games! I don't think my heart can take another one. lol.

institution from the state of Louisiana which is no threat to the Tigers. Keep in mind the schools are working together on the
new medical program which will allow students to become doctors from training received in Lafayette. For years we begged for more publicity outside of Lafayette. In most of those years we did not do enough to warrant that attention. 2011 was
different and I bet more of that will occur in future years.
I agree ... all of my friends that are lsu grads (and all my friends that are lsu fans are lsu grads) are always supportive of me and UL. I suspect 99% of the crap we get/hear are from the lsu "fans" that have not been in a classroom on their campus.

Maybe it is time we try to move on past those types and concentrate on what our administration and coaches have given us for the first time ... first time ever; an athletic department that is totally proactive!

Maybe we can begin controlling our own destiny.

1st text I get from a buddy before I even walk into the dome was about the Lafayette logo. Now that the old man has retired maybe we will see some changes. One can hope cant he?
