1. Get Huds contract done. Call the press conference to announce it and have Hud push season tickets then. Get a phone number and email out ASAP. Get KATC, KLFY and all other outlets to mention it. Make sure to let people know Tulane is coming in.

1. Put on a MAJOR push for both Season Tickets and RCAF.
2. Get a $10/sem hr [up to 12] Student Athletic fee passed.
3. Rush the plans for stadium expansion to the appropriate authority and get the whole thing approved.
4. Finish the i's and t's on Hud's contract.

We may never have another time when our approval across the state is this high. We MUST strike while the iron is hot.
