I'm thinking about going
Does anyone have any idea what kind of festivities will be going on? I would like to attend but I would have to convence my wife that the $60 is worth it.

The restaurant would not have the Cajuns in all their glory, right?
We'll be there. I bought the tickets and I am a wife!
Tyrell Fenroy has just begun his journey as a running back for Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns, but he's already a star.
Fenroy was loaded with awards on his way out of the building on Saturday night as UL honored members of its 2005 Sun Belt Conference champions in its annual banquet.
The Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year was the first running back in school history to rush for over 1,000 yards, and received the Offensive MVP Award from former Cajun Fred Stamps along with the Robert Trahan Special Achievement Award and other honors.
Linebacker Tyler Norman was the Defensive MVP, while Jason Chery was presented with the Brian Mitchell Special Forces MVP honor.

It seems to me that Justin deserves some kind of comeback award or a stick-to-itiveness award to be handed out in his name yearly.Originally Posted by NewsCopy
I didn't get to make this year’s banquet though I have stood around taking pictures for previous ones in 03, 04 and 05. I have never eaten at one since I guess I can't see myself spending $30 to eat where my wife isn't present. They tell me the food is quite good though.
Even though I didn't attend, I was able to provide the film dept with video of an away game they were missing, (thanks Charlie) and on the jersey plaques that were handed out I was able to make and install the names at the bottom of the frame.
So no I wasn't there, but in no way do I recommend missing, the video highlights alone are worth $25 I just don't recommend going alone.

I will download my pictures soon...too busy with other stuff yesterday.
We did speak with Sean as well and he was much more positive about his football future than he was in the late part of the season.
I also agree when you get that kind of compliment from Jake Delhomme that yes, Greg Hodges (#62) is a great center. We also all know the Saints and know they look at but never go out and get the good guys!
