i know that this idea is gonna anger some members of the forum, but remember, its purely hypothetical and probably will NEVER happen. anyways, wouldn't it be something if the recently disciplined marcus vick decided to transfer to another D-1 school and play for the cajuns. i mean, bustle coached his brother, and has ties to the vick family. sure, we have potential at qb, but marcus would just bring so much excitement, and BIG TIME TALENT to our squad. anyways, just wanted to make yall think about it.

No thanks...if a guy has trouble in the classroom and works hard to fix that, I have no problem giving them a chance. If a guy's a screwup at life and makes no attempt to better himself, I'd rather pass, no matter how talented he might be...especially when he's willing to stomp on a defensless player's knee and lie to his coach, the man who trusts him, about at least apologizing about it.

He was quoted on SportsCenter saying these problems aren't a big deal and he'll just move on to the next level. This guy has no class and is smearing the Vick name that his brother made famous in College and in the NFL. This guy shouldn't get a chance from any team, to show him and any other player who thinks all they need is talent that if they don't work together as a team they won't make it. These kind of people need to realize that you only get a certain amount of chances before people stop caring about helping you. I would definitely not want this person on my team, even with all his talent he is another T.O. showing that all this talent is nothing if he tears a team apart. I say don't give him a chance and make him work at a Burger King for a while to get a reality check from life, while making 5.50 an hour instead of 5 million a season.

Marcus Vick also said he would not have come to Virginia Tech if Coach Bustle had stayed. As a high school kid he thought he didn't like Bustle's coaching style and was too good.

We have 4 great QBs. We don't need a trouble maker.

It doesn't take much to smear his brother's name. It's not like Mike is the model citizen...it's just that the press doesn't cover his legal problems. Do any of ya'll remember the "Ron Mexico" deal last year? Although I don't have the EXACT details, he was being sued for intentionally infecting a girl he was dating with herpes, and then using the name "Ron Mexico" at the clinic to try to avoid the press. He ended up settling out of court. He's a punk and his brother's a punk.
