Crowley seek information on rim, tire theft

Crowley Police are investigating the theft of tires and rims from a vehicle located on East 8th Street and Avenue G in Crowley. These items were stolen in the early morning hours of December 6.

Unknown persons entered an open garage of the residence, jacked the vehicle off the ground, and removed the tires and rims. The vehicle was then returned on to blocks.

Crowley Police say this is not the first occurrence of this type of theft in Crowley. Several other cases have targeted Chevrolet Suburban and other vehicles with high performance tires and rims.
