Ideally with a kid like Kitchen, you want to keep it on the downlow. Unfortunately they tweet things or put it on facebook. He can leave at anytime and attend other schools. He needs to pass two semester here and he could sign with the 2013 class. Problem for us is he has made it tougher to hide him now sitting out.

All things considered there are several 4 star/3 star players moving our way from several programs. Good problems to have.

Most of the players listed here as transfers and I'm sure some of the JUCO signings were highly recruited out of HS.

Ok, so I had not heard of the Barksdale kid before this thread (at least I do not remember), but I do not keep my ear that close to the HS recruiting world. So I went back a few years on Scout.com and he was a four star guy with top D1 offers...Georgia, Fl. St., UNC, Ole Miss. Scout had him listed at about 35 nationally for their running backs in 2009 (although there is an article on his page titled "4-Star Safety Chooses Ole Miss"). I don't know that all of that means anything, just background for people, like me, who did not know who he was.
