Would you rather: Go get a coach that is a young guy & liable to take a job with anybody the next year, Or would you maybe consider a guy who may need to take a step down, but can still coach? Let's say a guy like Neuheisel?

I think the interesting name with more ties too this area than Nieuheisel would be Ron Zook. But I thin the Hudspeth formula is the most successful. Young up and comer. Serious ties to either TX, LA, MS or AL.

Appreciate that. What to do about the staff we now have? Do we let them fly or do everything in our power to keep them?

A guy who is young and hungry. The best thing that could happen to this program is that our coach gets a better job every 3 to 5 years. If he does not it means we are not winning or getting any beter. I like Monken from Geogia So. 1AA semi's last year. 9&2 this year only losses to App St and Alabama.

I'm kind of thinking there would be several guys on State staff that the powers that be would want to keep around, since I doubt they'd want to follow Mullen to the Sahara of college football.
