Deja Vu all over again. Go back and read some of the original articles before UL hired Hud. Hud denied any contact with UL and made it seem that he was not interested. Then of course, he was announced as our head coach. I can't help but be thankful for the progress that he has brought to our team. If he is successful (or continues to be) then he will most assuredly be gone within 3 years. I just hope it is closer to 3 than 1. My thought is however that the stars are aligned for a one year stay.
Hopefully we will get an extension/raise announcement.
Coaches lie, that is what they do. We do not know what is going on behind the scenes, but at least I am glad he is trying to defect some of the attention to his players and the upcoming bowl game.
