actually, we are 2-2 we beat Troy and Fiu in black gear lost to arkansas state and WKU with black on. And if you are ignorant enough to think that athletes today dont care about uniforms, you are a load of crap.

Actually, we were both wrong.
Black helmets for FIU, Troy, WKT, and ASU.
2-2
Also, the majority of the athletes out there care about winning, not uniforms.
Believe it or not, one day, you too will grow out of this fascination with black.
You might feel tougher with it on, but that's about it.
its not a fascination, its called not caring as long as we win, our head coach thinks its necessary to change up the uniforms to get the guys excited and recruit better players then im all for it. He has given us our best season in 20 years on year #1. Thats why he is paid the big bucks to win and you and I are on a message board. When it comes to recruiting its everything and anything that can give you an edge. If hud thinks this gives him an edge who are you to tell him it doesnt?
Hud knows that the idea of change gives players boost.
He also knows the boost doesn't last, which is why he changed away from black in the course of the season and changed back again.
Only Hud could stop black from getting stale.
I know the players like the black helmets and the whole look that it brings - also, variety has become the new norm! It seems like only Penn State hasn't changed - after second thought it may now be the time for that!
