Winning the sun belt and losing a bowl game is just as good as 2nd in Sunbelt and winning a bowl game. You get a trophy for either one.

Defense played hard all night, Offensive line got flat out beat repeatedly, Masson's interception killed a good drive and killed the momentum we seemed to be building.

Blaine really impressed me with his toughness tonight. He never gave up. #72 better be running laps this week for that lazy effort, Blaine was getting killed. Defense played their butts off!! I'm disappointed in the loss, but I am excited for the future of the program. Geaux Cajuns!!!

Agree. But the team put up a good fight. This loss keeps Coach Hud here for little longer. Next year we will be outright champions not sharing it 2-3-way like it would have been this year.
