Sunbelt holding steady at 9th. Big East is now 8th with MWC 6th and CUSA moving up to 7th on strength of UH; USM and TULSA. WAC entrenched solidly in last place with Hawaii/Nevada. They are going to be dreadful without Nevada and Hawaii and then adding losing programs from 1-AA into the mix to replace them.
