Uh, NO. Nine out of ten people who get hurt in the Quarter/Downtown are people who are either by themselves and/or looking for trouble in the first place. You got a brain in your head, just use it. If you're going to be in the Quarter, stay with your group no matter what while you're out in the street. Don't go on any side streets unless you're going to your car.
