Ok, call me a worry wort but, no one has mentioned "THE SAFETY ISSUES" visiting New Orleans. I have been told by someone from the NO area that it is not safe to walk alone, if fact the more the merrier.
Gangs of guys are roaming the streets, especially Bourbon Street and looking for trouble. case, Halloween on Bourbon Street. Anyway, they are looking to provoke an incident.
SO as one who does not like NO particularly, if you don't see my happy *s* on Bourbon Street or any other side street, Have FUN, BE SAFE. TRAVEL IN GROUPS

Good luck Louisiana-Lafayette. We know just how you feel going into a Bowl Game after so many years. We didn't win our first D1 Bowl Game until last season.

stay in well lit well traveled areas. If you don't know how to get there ask don't wander off into areas that aren't well traveled, don't go anywhere near the hood, don't go looking for trouble, therse have always been rules to live by in New Orleans and still hold true today

Got some new tickets from a sub we use. tickets are in section 335. Superdome shows that is the Saints side of the field, anyone know if that is the side of the field we will be on too?
